CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY Thank you for choosing Bella Lash & Beauty. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients. • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit. • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be unable to book future appointments. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Please arrive with clean lashes/nails and ready for your appointment to ensure we can use your reserved time effectively. • Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the artist's discretion.
